Phonics and Reading
We use Little Wandle Letters and Sounds (revised) for phonics.

Please refer to the class pages where you will find information about the staff who support the children in each class and the latest topic learning. Teachers also send out newsletters so as you can understand what they have been learning at school that week. These are sent out via our communication system direct to parents.

Breaktime Snacks
We like to make sure that our children are fed well and their brains are not hungry!
We offer a break time snack and a choice of drink as follows:
Toast 30p per day
Milkshake 50p per day
Hot Chocolate 50p per day
If your child wishes to receive a breaktime snack, please book this via MCAS from September 2026, as cash will no longer be accepted. Payment will be required at the time of booking.
All EYFS and KS 1 children receive a free piece of fruit from the Government fruit scheme.
