Year 1 Jeffers are taught by Mrs N. Baxter
Welcome to Class 1!
We are a class of 30 wonderful pupils. We are so excited to continue to develop as learners. Our favourite parts of the school day are learning something new, playing with our friends, challenging ourselves and creating and building! We love having a mixture of adult-led activities and enhanced provision to support our learning!
Who helps us to learn?
Mrs Baxter is the Year 1 Class Teacher
Mrs Baxter loves teaching Year 1! Seeing imaginations spark and seeing the world through a 5 and 6-year-old lens is truly wonderful! Mrs Baxter has been teaching at Mosley since 2018 and has enjoyed teaching every year group through her career. Mrs Baxter got married in 2022 and has two lovely young boys. She loves thinking about ideas in a different way and enjoys making up a song to support our learning. Why not ask her about her part-whole model dance? Mrs Baxter is passionate about bringing play and continuous provision to Year 1 and enjoys supporting the transition from Early Years.
Mrs Insley is the Year 1 Teaching Assistant
This is our teaching assistant, Mrs Insley. She is very cheerful and loves helping us to be the best that we can be. Mrs Insley is very caring and always finds the time to talk to us. She has worked at Mosley for several years and has supported across lots of classes.
